You will have 7 days to give the stand alone dlc to us, incase you don't yet own it.
It is avaiable in steamstore for $5 :P
If you don't get DLC thats what you're supposed to mark, If you won something but got something else and marked as received you may be suspected of regifting. So better play yourself by the rules and let others deal with their lack of understanding how this site works.
What do you prefer in my situation? Mark it as "Received" or "Not Received"? I didn't received anything for now from the creator of the giveaway. I won't get any troubles.
Do you know why actual game is not on giveaway list? Because you cant give it away here.

If you don't receive what giveaway is for (description doesn't matter, steam store link does) You mark as not received. Simple imo.
