ok, so RPG Maker VX Ace is a $70 game, so people are buying the Humble Bundle, just so they can get a "Game" worth $70 to GA.

Meanwhile, the Scammers and their Bots are busy Entering the GA's for it, because it's such a big ticket item.

So, the way they work, is they get like 100 acounts on Steamgifts, that look completely legit, but they don't have enough points to cover all the RPG Maker GA's, so they take a few Throw away accounts, and enter some High cost games, that they have no intention of actually giving away, and all of their accounts get a boost in points to spend.

That's the way the Points Regen.

on top of like 10 points per hour or something, you get more points whenever some one puts up a new GA, and the points are equivalent to a Percentage of the GA,like say 10%.

So if a GA that costs 90 points is put up, you get like an instant 9 points added to your points.

Everyone gets the boost, but the people that enter the GA are SOL for the points they invested in a GA that turned out to be fake. T.T
