Somehow the game ID is changed. I have this game so I won't enter but on the Steam store it doesn't show In Library sign. Moreover, on the game page, when I use the Store link it shows the default main Steam Store page. So you might want to check your winner, but I am not sure if this is 100% applicable... Maybe there IS a difference between versions?

No, there is not.
Also, if anyone is trying to post giveaways with their old Alex Hunter keys from those Alawar bundles it was in, either their winners will get regularly suspended for non-activation or they get a not received feedback, lowering their trustworthiness.

According to the games' forums, they removed the game from the store(the one you have) and then put this version up. I don't know if there's any difference though.
