(2023-05-26: There are reports of Redeemer keys showing up as dupes (source). You can try contacting Fanatical support and ask for a replacement key (source).)
So, if that happens, please be patient while I wait for Fanatical to provide new key.

I have game key bought from fanatical run into same issue. The service guy reply they can only replace game key bought in one month.
(I left it in dust for 1~2 years)
So if you have this game's key from fanatical and says "showing up as dupes ". They're probably as good as dead.
