[Tier 1] Don't Panic, it's not a $1 tier like it used to be, but good enough for some games newer game hoarders haven't been Jazzed up by.

[Tier 2] Those slugcat eyes, I can't resist! (Even if Rain World's just $3 on greys anyway...)

[Tier 3] I'll take a Gambit and skip out on Samurai Jack. Maybe in a few years it'll be cheaper yet.

[Tier 4] Paying another $6 for a game that is otherwise $24 on discount during a Steam sale sounds a pretty good deal to me.

[Have] Through Time, I've amassed virtually all of this anyway.

[Expensive] For $20 I would have wanted another 5 or so Adult Swim titles included in here – it's not like they didn't publish enough games.

[Skip] Could Humble not find anything newer to bundle this week?

[Not delisting] I only want Adult Swim games that won't be sold anymore to have a nice Afterlife in my Steam collection. These will stay around, so why bother?

I don't have Samurai Jack from tier 4, but tier 1 is amazing.

Duck Game with its online/local/remote multiplayer is awesome, Jazzpunk is one of its kind in weirdness, and Battle Chef Brigade is a gem of brawling / competitive match 3 gameplay.
