I just wanted to chip in to say that winners have 7 days to confirm their win, counted from the time you send them the game. So there is no reason to contact support about it earlier. If winner still did not confirm their win after 7 days:

• if they did not see the key on /winners page - create Request new winner ticket
• if they saw the key - create Request received feedback ticket
