Worth noting that you can upgrade from the base game to the GotC edition for $5 (currently for $2.50, as it's 50% off atm).
Just, not everyone is aware of that, so I thought I'd let you add that to your considerations as to if entering for DLC is to your tastes. ^.^
Personally, it's not to mine [I'm hoping the bloody thing'll go 75% off at some point, so I can justify buying it on my own], so I'll be staying out (having won the base game here on SG, that'd be a total spit in the face to the first GA creator).
Any content with DLCs listed in it will let you enter, since the Steam API doesn't send ownership information to SG in regards to DLCs (and so SG can't tell if you own the product or not).
If you have the SG++ script, and you're also logged into the Steam community in your browser, it can often warn you if you already own a DLC-based product.
(Of course, many GA creators aren't aware of this, either, so it doesn't hurt to remind them of the state of things. ^.^)

Yep, go right ahead and enter.
It'll activate any Dlc you're missing, library will still show it as just Saints Row IV
