1) there are two versions of the game, International and RHCP (localization languages: Russian, Hungarian, Czech, Polish and English)
2) even after buying all the DLC (for two versions), you can join the giveaway

Hello Spamlynguist. I do own the base game, but not any of the DLC. I normally just ask if I can enter for the DLC and wait for a response from the GA creator, but there's only around 8 hours left and I'm guessing you may not be back online in time to respond. I am going to enter for the DLC, but if I win or another person wins that has the base game and you feel that you would like to give it to someone who doesn't you can request a reroll for a new winner.

In for the dlcs, the pack seems does not reduce the price of the owned base game. feel free to reject. Thanks
