Takes 20 seconds too go from..The stage of knowing he has not gotten his gift, too messaging him, too confirming if he had it or not...The problem comes down too when people are on. If they refuse too mark it as received all well, just file a support ticket with the proof that comes with steam..

I dont know why you had the problems I made copule of giveaways too and all winners did mark them as recieved after max 1 day

I would not rush too scam. I am far too new in my opinion too have a fair judge of the community as a whole. However, I could see it being an issue for some people. However too demand us too commit an act that I view as an unethical one, is my issue.
