Ok, you figured it out, I didn't accidentally buy two of these. The second one was for people who can read, i.e. you. Good job!
So, since you can read, I'll be disappointed if you enter this giveaway and ignore the following question:
Do you think you'll actually play this one if you win? Or is it just blind greed for another game you'll never install? Just curious. :)
Good luck! :)

I'd definitely play it π I even watched Kingsglaive the prequel CG movie thingy π
Bring on the boy-band road trip!
Comment has been collapsed.
Don't tell anyone, but I'm not sure I will remember to play it myself... :( Knee deep in unfinished RPGs already... :( But maybe I'll go on a game-finishing binge and be ready for it... :)
Hmm, I haven't seen that thing, but from the benchmark they certainly do look like a boy band... :)
Good luck! :)

I really liked Kingsglaive. Without spoiler, the movie ends at (I suppose) to the very beginning of the game: you can see the "boys band" after the credits of Kingsglaive, they aren't protagonists of the movie even if some characters speak about them. I don't think it's mandatory to watch it before playing the game but you shouldn't skip it, it's certainly a good intro (and a good movie) to the ffxv universe.
And to answer your question, of course I'll play this game if I win. It would be on top of my priority list even if I have started another game first. I really enjoyed the previous FFXIII trilogy on steam even with its big imperfections, if it can emphasize my words.
And yeah I'm among those people who still have not played all their wins. I think that being a member of a bundled games sharing group doesn't help. But with endless time it would be already done ;) I guess I'm greedy in reality.
Comment has been collapsed.
Hmmm, I may take a look into that movie, but maybe I'll just try to avoid spoilers and learn things as I go along... :)
Well, I think nobody expects the typical bundle leftovers to be played, not even the people selling them... :) Most of them are only for the +1 and the trading cards... :)
Good luck! :)

In my case,It's about time and not about cards/+1. I only entered GA for games that I can enjoy. But I never take in consideration the time required to play all of them. It's hard to refrain myself even if I know it will take years to finish what I already have.
I'm not sure if I understood well (my bad english...). But I think you have the same reasoning that I had before I decided to watch Kingsglaive: Will the movie ruin the game by revealing too much of the FFXV scenario/universe?
I love to have the feeling of discovering a new universe step by step in a RPG. But it can be the opposite: the game can mention the movie with a quick summary that would just ruin any chance to enjoy the movie in the future. Finally, I couldn't resist to watch it (I guess I never resist my envies...). So I'll know the answer only after having played the game ;)

Of course i will, i even back in the day did 100% trophy of the FFXIII on PS3
This one is just for the HD food:D

Hmm, I've never finished a single Final Fantasy game... :( Actually, I've never even played one for more than a few hours... :( Not sure why I keep buying them... :)
Good luck! :)

I often win games I don't plan to play (because I often enter giveaways with more than one copy of shovelware games to get rid of my points), but an amazing game like Final Fantasy XV definitely is going to be played if I win it, even though my backlog of games is quite big with about 60 games right now. I should start to remove arcade game, rogue-lites, rogue-likes and so on from my backlog.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, I'm not silly enough to expect giveaway winners will drop everything to play the game they just won... :) Most likely they already have dozens of older wins they haven't even installed yet... :)
Good luck! :)

quite big with about 60 games :D

I'll definitely give it a go. Right now I'm finishing Owlboy and Evil Within from my wins but considering there's still about a week for this there might be time to be done with those. Also interested in the mods, but it seems the tools for those are releasing a bit later.
Comment has been collapsed.
Hmm, haven't played either of those... :( I don't even remember buying them, so hopefully they were in bundles or super cheap or something... :)
If it's anything like the typical PC game, I assume there's going to be boobie mods on day 1, tools or not... :)
Good luck! :)

Yeah, I will play it, though probably not immediately (well, it is not even out yet). I like to play my games continuously, so I like to have time for it. Maybe Easter holiday.
Cheers!

Hope you get the free time if you win, sounds like there's a lot of hours in this one... :)
Good luck! :)

I don't enter for games I won't play, and I'll definitely play FF 15.
I kind of feel an obligation to play my SG wins, and thus prioritize them over my backlog. But I'm also an FF fan - I played 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 10-2, 12, 13, Tactics, and the demo for this one.
I even watched the Kingsglaive movie. It... did nothing to redeem video game movies.

Ahhh, that's about 1 million more hours in Final Fantasy than I managed, so far anyway... :( Guess it's silly to give away this game when I have no clue about anything Final Fantasy, but ehhh, what else can you do with extra keys? :)
Good luck! :)

Thank you for the second chance :) It's a must-play game for me! Also, I wait for FF VII remake.

I just hope my RPG backlog is down to a manageable size in two weeks... :) Will feel stupid if I put it off until later, and later never arrives... :)
Good luck! :)

The likely scenario is that I'll fire it up and play it some over a week or two to get the feel for it. And then I'll go back to my already queued up RPGs. Currently slowly working through Pillars of Eternity and Torment: Tides of Numenara. And then I'll play it proper when it comes up in the queue.
Comment has been collapsed.
Ugh, remembering all the RPGs I haven't finished will make me feel guilty if I start this one... :) Both of those were fun, but somehow I stopped playing them... :( I wouldn't even remember how to play now, would probably have to replay the tutorial first... :(
Good luck! :)

I'll play the shit out of it :)

Ahh, that sounds messy, but good luck! :)

I'll definitely play it but it probably won't be as soon as I win/buy it. If I do happen to get it it will be one of the first games in my backlog for summer this year
Comment has been collapsed.
I've always got more installed games than time to play them, guess that's true for most people around here, though... :)
Good luck! :)

Yes, of course I will play it if I win. JRPG is my top1 genre to go. I am also enthusiast when grinding the achievements. besides, I barely join giveaways, only the ones that I'm very interested in.
Comment has been collapsed.
Hmmmm, I seem to lose interest with the grinding part of games, sometimes think I'm just taking a break but later notice I never went back to it... :(
Good luck! :)
Comment has been collapsed.
I'll play it eventually. The issue with me is that I don't like to play long games unless I can do so without being interrupted for long stretches of time. This usually means I have to wait for my work schedule to quite down a bit before starting (my schedule is cyclical so this tends to work out every ~3 months with 2-3 weeks of barely any work).
Thanks for the chances and hope you manage to get a new cpu soon :D.
I need to upgrade myself but I'm hoping that I can wait out the current bitcoin craze first.
Comment has been collapsed.
Ahh, I can't remember how to play a RPG if I take a break... :( If I load an old save it's hours of trying to remember what's going on, why do I have this stuff in my inventory, what all the buttons do, etc. :)
I'm forcing myself not to look at CPU prices, motherboards, ram... :) Because just a click and it's on the way... :) There's bound to be something better right around the corner, hopefully one that's not requiring firmware patches... :)
Good luck! :)

it's really high on my wish list, so the answer to the question is:
I think I will definitely play it if I win!

Hope you get the time if you win, sounds like it's a long game... :)

If I win I will definitely play it, at least until I get to chapter 3 and then wait until they finish making the rest of the game :)
Comment has been collapsed.
Ahh, probably the game is finished, just that you can run around doing whatever at that point? More open-worldy? Not sure... :)
Good luck! :)

Still seems like they have a lot more to add.

Oh, that's interesting, I had no idea... Foolishly assumed the game was done, and we were getting the whole thing. :)

I'll definitely play it if I win, because I don't enter giveaways of games that I don't want to play :)
Also I like RPGs very much and I have watched the movie 'Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV' and I found it very interesting and beautiful.
PS. Also I'm happy to solve this funny puzzle :)

Movie, eh? I'll have to investigate, but I'm pretty lazy, and these dopey replies won't write themselves... :) Sure need a nice long weekend... :)
Pretty dumb puzzle, but what can you do... :)
Good luck! :)

Finished FF I,II,IV-IX on PSOne, X, X-2, XII on PS2, XIII & XIII-2 on PS3. I'm sure I will play and finish XV too :)

Well, that's umm, a lot. :) I'd count, but let's save our brain cells... :)

I watched the anime episodes they made in preparation for this release, but I want to make sure that I like the combat and that the game performance is in line with the benchmark results, so I'll wait for the playable demo that is coming out early next week.
I think I'm too invested to actually see what happens in the story so worst case scenario I may still end up watching someone else play δΉ( β ΰ±ͺβ)γ
Comment has been collapsed.
Oh, is that the movie people mentioned? I should take a look, but there's probably not enough time if it's a whole series or whatever...
Well, let's hope you end up watching yourself play! :) Good luck! :)

The anime I mentioned is called Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV, it's a mini-series of 5 10-15 minutes-long episodes that give some background story about the characters and their world.
It's available for free on youtube and some people suggested it to me as it was made specifically to be watched before the game and doesn't contain spoilers.
I'm not personally into anime so I'm not sure how it compares to other works in the genre, but it was a nice way to get to learn some backstory first.
The "movie" people mentioned is Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is a full 110 minutes long CGI film that is supposed to contain spoilers for the first couple of chapters in the game, so I haven't looked into it too much :)

Yup of course I'll play it :d I mean I hope I can, I'll try using Intel SDE as SSE 4.1 emulator if it crashes like the benchmark and hopefully they will hotfix the issue soon.

Yeah, I'm sure even a clueless publisher will notice if enough paying customers make enough noise... :) Eventually... :)
Good luck! :)

This is awesome. Got brotherhood and kingsglaive sitting on my HD to watch, again.
I will definitely be playing it, however it'll be at the end of the list. I recently finished my final fantasy steam collection (except for world of final fantasy) and will be doing an in order playthrough. I'll probably abandon the playthrough once XV launches and just focus on that though.
Comment has been collapsed.
Hmmm, dunno what those are, and I won't get sucked down the rabbit hole researching stuff until I'm done replying... :) Been there before... :)
In order playthrough? Zowie, that's going to take a lot of time, hope you have a nice long vacation coming! :)
Good luck! :)

Prequels to XV.
Kingsglaive is a movie in the style of advent children.
Brotherhood is like an anime. (short one, available for free on youtube)

Thank you, that sounds interesting... Maybe I'll take a peek after I get caught up replying... :) But then I'll have to check for new bundles, and maybe play something... :)

Oh, thank you, but you probably don't want to do that, I'm a big jerk... On the last hour I'll probably delete this giveaway and keep it for myself! :) Or something like that... :)

I've been waiting for this game for over 11 years, OFC I'll be playing it!

Dang, has this been in development 11 years? That's Duke Nukem Forever levels of waiting... :)
Extra-long good luck! :)

Big thanks again from me and mr.Wishlist ! π
I will definitely give this a spin. This game sits around top 10% on my WL (even though I never sort rank on that wicked mess of a list)
Anyway.. Final Fantasy XV will be mine! If not now.. then some other rainy night.
Good Day to you!

Ahh, I gave up sorting that thing, only did it during that one big sale where you could win your top wishlist games... :)
Thank you, and good luck! :)

Of course I would play it, why enter giveaways otherwise? I can't understand those who only collect games or try to win for the cards, they are taking away so many hours of gaming enjoyment from others who would actually end up playing the game.
I can't say I have finished all my won games on Steamgifts yet, I was closing in on 75% finished, but had some luck in a recent event where I won several wishlisted games, and now I'm below 70% again, and playing The Witcher 3 (also a Steamgifts win) doesn't do much good for the numbers, since it's only one game, but around 10 times longer than the average game. Halfway or so through (and it's such a good game, I really enjoy spending that time!), and I will catch up to my currently unfinished games, and also be ready for some FFXV if I would be lucky enough to win :D
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, some people enter giveaways to get free stuff, regardless of what the stuff might be... :) Anything for the profitz... :)
Oho, Witcher 3 is a lucky win, some day I'll remember to keep playing it... :( Hopefully before I need to restart from the beginning due to forgetting how to play... :) I think if I'd never won Dark Souls my library would have thousands of hours of other stuff played instead...
Good luck! :)
