Description

It has been a (long) while since I created a giveaway here. Seeing the popularity of trains nowadays, I decided to create my own.

Enjoy!

Number two was the only one I needed to google, guess my Chemistry is a bit rusty, haha. Thank you for the puzzle/train!

Number 2 had me stumped for a while, googling didn't really help me - I had no idea it's essential to life too, I was thinking maybe magnesium or calcium or something :P

I knew the answer was mercury for Q3, I wrote Mr and was confused when I got it wrong. Only to remember that it's Hg

Wow!

You had me stumped with #1. Due to the hint referencing seasoning, which made me ththink it had to be 'Sodium'. Had to check what elements were gaseous at room temp, and since i know chlorine is used to sanitize things, i thought maybe it has seasoning uses in manufactured foods?

But in the regular world... who uses chlorine to season their food 0.o!?!?

Wow, you and I think the exact same way!

Thinking about it more i see salt as sodium when food is involved, and chloride when using it to clean.

But still generally think of sodium-chloride, just as sodium 99% of the time

I think it's because it's part of table salt (NaCl ions), which is technically called Sodium Chloride

Yeah, but almost always only referred to as 'sodium' on food labels. So i most often forget about the chloride half of salt.
