You didn't really solve the problem with the XXX game that you didn't want on your account. You made things worse by hiding it. Now you have a game that shows up as unactivated in your account which is reason enough for mods to suspend you, if they notice it.

It'll be a short suspension (3 - 7 days probably), so not a big deal but don't keep hiding won games or you'll earn yourself a permanent suspension.

The right thing to do would have been to reject the gift.
