Just a warning, you can't get a re-roll due to the winners potential previous infractions. You can file a report (he'll serve a suspension, if he hasn't before), you can put him on your blacklist if you want, but you still need to deliver the game to him/her.

Based on what I found in the forums it sounded like support would allow a reroll in those cases. Am I wrong in that assumption?

Maybe somebody else could shed some light upon it.
A while ago, support said it wouldnt grant a re-roll due to special requests, only if a game is already present on the winners account, so I was just going with that.
Also, it sounds strange to me that somebody would be denied of their win if they did something wrong, but they already served their punishment (i.e. suspension).

I guess you're right. Unless they are repeat offenders, as long as they served their time, so to speak, I shouldn't deny them their win. :)

I have no problem which option you choose, it's up to you. I dont really like rule breakers myself. Just wanted to say that a re-roll might not work, that's all. :)
