Unfortunately the giveaway creator selected the wrong game when creating the giveaway and apparently you've received a game of the same title but different app ID.
Please make sure that you actually got the game in your library that was given away in said giveaway since you have marked it as received.
As per Steamgifts rules you need to activate games that you've won. If you marked a giveaway as received you need to have that exact game in your library when you have marked it as received. If you don't, this is reason for us to suspend you for not activating a gift.
So, if you do not have the correct game change your "received" marking to "not received" or else that suspension might hit you.
You also might - or might not, that's up to you - give the giveaway creator your consent to get the giveaway deleted as they have already opened a ticked requestion deletion of the giveaway.

I'm also contacting you in regards to the Journey to the Center of the Earth giveaway. The creator of the giveaway has been attempting to get into contact with you by sending you an email and attempting to add you to their friend list, but has been unable to reach you. They'd like to give you the correct game so please respond to them.
The old key has been replaced with a new key for the correct game, so please try to activate that and if there are no issues you can mark the giveaway as "Received."
