Uumm.. I'm really not sure. I enjoyed them all, so far. The Force Awakens certainly surprised me, but I don't think I can say it's my favorite. I can't really pick one, though.
A new hope, saw it as a kid and it really changed me.
For an 8 year old kid in the 80's, it opened up an all new dimension of fantasy and possibilites :)

Mine is Return of the Jedi. Will see if the new trilogy can beat that.
Edit: Maybe it's because I was a little kid when I watched them, but I enjoyed the Ewoks TV-movies too.
