Well what does my inventory say if it shows up, there's a couple games in there, but I made it not viewable to public

Your "Inventory" button is still there only because you have TF2 items (those are always displayed regardless of whether you choose to hide your inventory. Your Steam games (and coupons) inventory is hidden.
Now if you look at the creator of this giveaway's inventory it displays "xuchao777 currently has 0 items in their inventory."
Which means that his inventory is not hidden but in fact, empty like I said earlier.

You can hide gifts, but still show coupons. If he doesn't have coupons, it would appear empty.
