but i have a problem now. It says that i own this game already BUT i checked it 10 times it don't pop up at my library. Not from interest if i only search for parts of the name or the full one. I tried to install the game (because he say i own it) but that download not appears -_-

No not redeemed... when i try the "you own it already want you install it" texts shows up.
I found now the problem....
I own the Game BUT had hidden it and so not seeable by searching in my library AND it put the download in the line BUT not shows it because the hiding (the last one is very strange).
I played the game to 100% in that 0,8h. Was not very long and not very good (the backgrounds looked good but the game itself was shi*).
So long story short....
The key is free for a other one :o)

Hello my friend. I just had 2 giveaways end yesterday. The two winners marked the game as "Received". But the game does not appear in their accounts. I asked and both say they activated the games. But I remain suspicious of their claims. Are you or one of your group able to examine these and tell me "for certain" if the games have been activated?
If the games have not been activated on their account, do I open a normal support ticket to report them?

Sgtools is good IF it isn't a delisted or profile limited game or a DLC. In this cases it don't do the job.
