Think about a problem you have, and relax your body and your breathing, be with your body and your breathing for a moment, or even for as long as your mind can stay with that in a relaxed way before getting caught up with something other than your body and breathing. Then think about the problem again. It's not gone, but it might be a little bit different. Think of other people having similar or other problems, and appreciate our brother-/sisterhood. :)
