After going through this community cart I got reminded of how many of the games given in the event I already own, especially the ones I haven't even gotten to play yet! This made me want to put some of them at the top of my backlog. These are High on Life (I left it at 25% progress) and Astrea (haven't started).

Did this happen to you too?

In a way: I keep seeing games I own and that look really interesting, to realise I want to play them.
But than I start playing wow again

Heretics Fork was really interesting

That's something really cool about trains

Also it's a fun way to see and recommend games you own to other SGers, as owned games are usually hidden

Thanks for the recommendation!

I have several games I was going to join the giveaway for and realized it already is in my account. Thinking at least 5 over the last few weeks. And several fond memories seeing ones I finished. Really enjoyed Chroma Squad, even though it gets a bit repetitive at the end. Story was cute. Reminded me of childhood TV shows.

Same! Chroma Squad is pretty nice, I love the devs and loved their Knights of Pen and Paper games. Fun fact, they're built by Brazilian devs!

Having events like these makes me regret buying as many games as I have. I'd say about 30% of games I've seen are ones I already own. At least they'll go to folks who will enjoy them as well :)

Most, if not even all, of the games I already owned in the train have been completed. Though, I would consider myself somewhat picky so I don't own that many games compared to average user. Makes it quite a bit easier!

Same, I'm feeling a bit guilty over how many games are already in my account that I know I haven't touched yet. Still, my philosophy when it comes to my backlog is that the goal is to always have something I'm perfectly in the mood to play sitting available somewhere in the wings, not to relentlessly force myself through each game like I'm trying to clear a checklist.
