got answer to try to get a new key if it's region lock, thats a resume in english of what we need

need the following screenshots:

1.- with the key introduced before activate on steam
2.- with the error that appears when try to activate it
3.- with list of of your Steam games
4.- with steam account details (licenses and keys activate list)

Full screenshots, with no editing and cutting, in .jpg or .png. You username and hour must be visible on each screenshot

That's all i got now. If it's too much problem/trouble we can erase the giveaway, all we will lost is my money for trying to giveaway the game.
