What is a "Yooka-Laylee?" I'm not 100% certain about this, but a strange man in a vacant lot once told me it is a rare disease that ultimately causes the head to fall off. The head then releases an odd type of gas that attracts wasps, who ultimately use the head as new hive.

Perplexed, yet intrigued.And slightly horrified.

I don't know if it's intentional, but that disease sounds a lot like this SCP:
http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-439 (warning, disturbing subject matter, and the photo is spooky)
There's a few other SCPs with a similar premise (including one with wasps), but this one's the most popular of that sub-genre.
EDIT: Also, thanks for the giveaway! :)

That strange man is creepy af. No wonder the lot was vacant. But was it really vacant if you were there with him?
