I just came in to see the list and I will pass, only missed the Terror From The Deep and I can't buy it, such a classic series, the behavior of the lock area is abominable.

D'oh, definitely regional then. it seems to be:
Apocalypse, Enforcer, Terror from the deep, UFO Defence and interceptor. Plus the game and dlc from three years ago. Not XCOM2

I think they can still be activated just fine. Just not purchased. I am absolutely not certain about this though.
