I dont know Im kinda new here but I figured Id limit the time and the region so it would limit the amount of entries and increase the chances of those that do get to enter.

I think this may or may not drop (possibly?) scripts for auto-entries, but you may also get less whitelisting for region restriction giveaways. 86 is really low, though. And it's Level 1. Here are some stats you can see for the number of users by level and then you can think only 86 out of them entered (but it doesn't show level of users by region). Button is also in the top right corner of this page:
