I think this may or may not drop (possibly?) scripts for auto-entries, but you may also get less whitelisting for region restriction giveaways. 86 is really low, though. And it's Level 1. Here are some stats you can see for the number of users by level and then you can think only 86 out of them entered (but it doesn't show level of users by region).
