I was also in a similar situation. I recently won the other giveaway (Blood and Bacon) done by the same person (https://www.steamgifts.com/user/thegamerxym) and I waited for a couple of months for him to send me the game until I realized that he had already sent it to me via email around the time the giveaway ended.

So, check your email and it'll probably be there (search for "steam" and look around the date the giveaway ended). You can then click on it in the email to redeem it and stuff.

It's a Steam gift (not a code, that's why it's not in https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/won), and you can see it in the person's Steam gift inventory.

If you're sure he didn't send you the gift via email, you might want to leave him a comment on SteamGifts or on his Steam profile.
