Regarding your recent ticket - that is not how to handle issues like yours. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our FAQ and Guidelines.
Waiting for 2 months to take action is also very problematic as we do not approve reroll requests indefinitely.
I advice you to reach out to your winner (e.g. by commenting on one of their own giveaways) and remind them about the waiting gift from your giveaway (best to provide a link to your giveaway).

For future issues, please follow the proceedings to resolve issues as mentioned in the FAQ.
