I sent the link to your email, you just click the link or copy and paste it into your search bar. Once the page is up you enter your email address and click claim. You should be given a code for the game right there i believe. After you have the code go into your steam library and click + Add a game, its at the bottom left if your in your library. It will bring up 3 options, click activate a product on steam and enter the code. The game is now in your library.
