It is just a minor glitch in the Matrix, humans shouldn't worry, agents already searching for ones that are responsible.

I'd really love to know what's going on... Why is it always GTA? Why so many copies? Are these people people or bots or dogs? So many mysteries and no chance of solving them :(

I'm guessing it is still a better initiation to edgyness than when gangs make the new kid beat up or kill someone...
