Well that's awesome, thank you! I don't own the base game on steam or anything, just on console currently.

it's a question people ask because they want to upgrade their base game to the DLC and you, the host, can choose to re-roll or not for owning 'most' of the game.

so it's your call if you want someone who doesn't own any of it or owns part of it.
