I just read all the comments. The above was editted. He was originally asking if he could join because he has some unactivated games from some time ago, before he read the rules, and has "served his time"
Guess he ended up in some blacklists(which is stupid considering he already said he has been punished for it + everything after those has been activated) so he erased it.
Well there are many and I was also a part of the group that used to blacklist people for such mistakes regardless they have served the time or not as it was not possible to know if they had served it or not, now I have cleaned all my blacklist and wont ever use that feature even if people regift the games I am giving.
He is right... :) I gonna enter only to game which I want to play because I am not collector so I rather give chance to win to other person who wants to play it. :) Thank you :)
There really needs to be new filters for giveaways. "What I want to join!" 50 Giveaways later I found a diamond in the rough that suits me perfectly, this is an incredible amount of GAs sir. I thank you!

If you have served your suspension you can enter but I will check with support before I send it if you win.
For future giveaways it might be a good idea to activate the ones you haven't, namely these three:

Without them you won't be able to enter any giveaways protected by SGTools and you will end up in a lot of blacklists.
