some episodes are up officially on Youtube for free, I know "You're in Control" is at the very least, but that episode takes place in the middle of the story and thus isn't great for people new to the show.
Outside of streaming, there are certain ways to buy episodes as well. Outside of digital distribution, I heard Australia got season 1 on DVD. There's also a game on Steam which is similar to the show in terms of writing and even has the entire voice cast from the show, so if you aren't quite sure I would recommend looking at some of the game's cutscenes to see if the humor and characters are up your alley.
