Well since you have not said who the user in question is I can only assume (and I am pretty sure I know) who it is. Our only rule is that you need to play the games in question, how many and which ones is up to each group member to know how many they can handle. However you are welcome to blacklisted anyone at any point for any reason (except the mods, but thats because we need to have access to giveaway to warn, communicate with people and have an overview about what is going on).
There is some changes I want to implement in the future, but for now as long as they play the game by the rules they are not doing anything against the rules.
