The next time you intend to giveaway a valuable game, it may be a good idea to raise the minimum the minimum level requirement at Level 1 or higher.
I refuse to let the rule breakers ruin it for the rest of the low level users. I check the winners with sgtools and the rule breakers get rerolled and suspended if they have not yet been punished. You don't have to do Level 0 giveaways but I will continue to do so and I encourage others to do the same.
