As Tzell invited you to be a gifter, please leave all UL7 giveaways you are still entered in as soon as possible.
Read the "+7" rule on Steam and keep track of your igft difference before you enter "open to gifters" giveaways.

I am not sure I understand your question.
If you win a giveaway but are not in a group any longer, there will be a re-roll.

As you are in the gorup again you must leave all giveaways you entered before, you have to do this manually as Steamgifts does not know about internal rules of groups.
