I admit that I do sometimes copy and paste my own thanks because there is only so many ways you can thank a giveaway in different ways. Sorry about the inconvenience!
I'm ok with using the same thanks message, but I more appreciate people taking a second to read the descriptions people write on their giveaways.
As for copy pasting, I'm talking about the person above who thought that copy pasting your apology was a good idea. You actually wrote out an apology, so its all good.
It's ok. Just read the description people put in their giveaways next time. I'm sure that's more appreciated then ignoring what they wrote and giving a thanks. I also made my description short and to the point so it even requires less effort than writing out the "thanks" message.
Appreciate the apology, good luck on other giveaways.
