Ok so concerning this Giveaway and the mention of a region lock I'd like to chime in and see if I can assist possibly.

This was recently given away in the March 2018 HB Monthly as a replacement for those who couldn't get Dark Souls 3. You mentioned your in Europe so I'm leaning toward this isn't the one from the March bundle since this was given to the Asia region only.

However if by some chance that this is actually from that bundle than it's going to be locked to the following countries: TW,HK,CN,SG,MY,PH,VN,TH,ID,LK,KH,LA,BN,MO,KR

If this is the case this is an extremely small amount of countries and you should probably delete this and recreate the giveaway using the region lock system provided by SG and include only the countries listed above. If not you will more than likely taking up a lot of time from support with possibly tons of reroll requests.

I'd like to enter but I'm in the USA and there's a good chance I can't. If you can shine some light on where you got this from it would help a lot, thanks.
