A gift copy of the DLC upgrade; given to owners of the game who purchased it before the base game went Free To Play.
Don't believe this item breaks any of the site rules since it holds a $22 (local currency) value on the Steam store & it's a reward for having bought the game.... normal players cannot get it for free.
Item will be sent as a gift through Steam (since it's in Stem inventory)... please make sure I'm able to add your account. If I cannot add you I will ask for a re-roll.

I'm not clear what he means; as the gift is very much for the Squadron DLC. If he means I will not get it... I already have it & I don't want it either.

From my understanding the legacy DLC already gets 20,000 RTP when you sign in.
This, according to the Warhammer forums (I did research before adding it to steamgifts to make sure it was a valid product to add to the site), is the same as having bought the game while it was a paid product and equates to Legacy DLC once they claim the 20,000 RTP. (But not the weapons pack DLC.)
Unless the winner has some activation problems, from my end, it appears to be a full product gift.
If the winner has any activation problems I'll talk it over with both Steamgifts support & via a ticket through the developer's site.
Off hand however Steam let me send it to them as the Squadron DLC.
If you're saying I'll miss the 20,000 myself... I really don't care... I don't play Free To Play. Even dropped the hat game when it went F2P. (TF2 i.o.w.)

In other words, you're giving exactly what you expect you're giving, but since the devs configured it to a different appid than the in-store Squadron Edition DLC, it doesn't show as owned in-library.
Given that it's a DLC, and it is technically able to be activated on Steam, and does have an equitable Steam store listing, it would presumably still be fine for giveaway on SG- [SGT can easily flag an exclusion for it, as well.] but until staff comments on it, really no way to be sure. Though given the circumstances, even if they move in that direction they'd no doubt allow for deletions (as you did deliver the expected content), so in theory the worst case scenario is only losing some CV.
That said, what you're actually giving is probably better than the Squadron Upgrade in the store, as I believe that version doesn't come with the (Preorder and Early-Access purchaser) cosmetics this version of the DLC comes with- which is also presumably why they didn't just link it to the existing in-store DLC. So as far as the winner goes, if my understanding is correct, I don't imagine they'll have anything to complain about. :)

Yep... the winner marked it as received over an hour ago (nearing 2 now I think) & they haven't messaged me about any problems.

The squadron DLC is basically in game credits worth $20. Unlocks the classes too apparently... but doesn't actually add anything. So if you already had the classes unlocked (either via legacy DLC or playing F2P) the only thing you'll see is an additional 20,000 credits. So I believe I'm gave 20,000 in game credits as "DLC" and from everything I've seen this is exactly what people are getting.
And as you say it does identify itself as 20,000 DLC or some such.

Instead, I got https://steamdb.info/sub/168839/apps/ .
Still marked as received but let you know the situation.
But please help to ask admin to change the GA's sub from 126613 to 168839.
