I've been using a pair of Ray-Ban aviator glasses for 5/6 years now and I'm really satisfied. Extra light (especially on the ears!) and pretty durable

...I honestly have absolutely no idea about any of that stuff...
I've had these glasses for... I dunno... 8 years? More? Probably a lot more. My mom bought them for me from a local optics store. And... that's it. They fit and that's all that's important to me. :D
(Though I should probably update the dioptre at this point a bit... also when I was cleaning them about a month ago one lens just... cracked between my fingers. Maaaaaaybe their age is showing a bit. XD )
Anyhow, thank you for the giveaway. :)
Edit: Ok, I actually looked at the frames and it does say "Eye Empire" on the side. So... I guess that's probably the brand/manufacturer, maybe. ^_^'

Yeah, the material probably just wore off. But the AR coating must be pealed off by that time, i'd highly recommend checking your eyes for a new one.

I've been wearing the same pair of oval wireframes for ~20 years now. Not even the original frames for my lenses. Those broke a long time ago and I didn't have insurance to cover a new pair, so just shoved the lenses into some cheap sunglass frames, and I've been too lazy to replace them ever since.

You say you are using the same lenses for 20 year now? Or am i misunderstood something?

Yup. Got my glasses back when I was in High School, and I'm in my mid-30s now. I really should get a new pair...
