While the site permits you to freely advertise within giveaway descriptions, referral links are comprehensively prohibited throughout the site. As clarified by staff (and also detailed within the site's listed guidelines, quoted below) giveaway descriptions are not an exception in that regard.

You may want to discuss with staff if there's any kind of way to work around that. For example, it's possible they may allow you to say "those who want my referral link, please let me know in the comments". Perhaps they may even allow you to have the referral code listed on its own, so long as it's not part of the link itself. Or, maybe it's like the whitelist solicitation rule, which prohibits even hinting at the related matter. That's really something to get confirmation on, one way or another, directly from staff.
