Germany prohibits lots of games from being sold for really questionable reasons these days. You can't access the steam store page for this game for example, neither can you buy the DLCs for the old version. The reasoning is the display of violence and in many cases sexual content. Even the non-Definitive Edition of this is a low-violence version on the German steam store.

There is no DLCs in this though, as far as I'm concerned. The Definitive Edition is a separate entry from the original game and comes with all the DLCs as content from the get-go. And no, I don't mind that ^^
