Yes, you won Clockwork from me... Now, that is really odd, I never pressed the "send key" button, sure we are in the same page? From my end, the giveaway does not show "Received" at all. Really strange. Did you activate it, or just marked it?
Anyway, do you know what happened to the Lethal RPG War one? It shows as unactivated, which will cause you problems in the near future... Should we give support a nudge to figure out what is going on with both these giveaways? It would be nice to solve all quickly so you can play the game!

Ah, ok then. If I were you, I would mark it as "Not Received" for now, and contact the giver, see if something can be done. I had a somewhat similar situation once, where the giveaway was for "Fate" but I got "Fate: Undiscovered Realms" -- I did not even know they were different. A month later, another user brought this to my attention -- I asked the giver to contact support, and they actually retroactively changed the giveaway to the correct title, so I was in the clear again.
(I see your giver had a DungeonUp giveaway ending pretty much at the same time, it was probably a small mixup from him.)
Anyway, for OUR giveaway, no need for support! I am sending you the key right now!
Thanks man, I think I actually got suspended for something like this in the past, or receiving a double game. Came as a surprise to me. Perhaps should pay more attention to the free stuff coming my way.

Oh, I understand now what you mean! I meant "unactivated", as in, the game (Lethal War) is not in your steam library! Can you fix that somehow?
