I would recommend you add the winner in Steam and give the key in chat. That way you can make sure the key is delivered to the right person and you can ask the winner to activate the key right away. You can never know if the winner has submitted their real e-mail address or not. It's Skyrim after all, wouldn't want to let you get scammed for something like that, pal. :)
