Thanks! It's hard to see someone gifting this DLC. Mostly they gift the complete pack, and I rather not enter those because I own the base game and I don't think it's fair. :)
Might not work because you won't be able to gift someone that lives in a place where the dlc price is very different from yours [either much more expensive or cheaper]. You might assume that the person owns it when it's not the case.
Better to add the person on steam, that way you will either see the person or not in the list of friends that own the dlc. You can unfriend the person after.
