I used to suffer from procrastination and couldn't do a thing but then I decided to search it up on YouTube and found a bunch of videos and some of them actually helped me so maybe you could also try to fight the depression in such a way.
Aaand I can't help myself but recommend the "Playing Appreciated" group where all the members play their wins and create giveaways if they want their games to be played...
