It's super easy to get burnt out on white chocolate though. I remember when Hersey's introduced their white chocolate bars years back... it's good, but I think it has a higher fat percentage? I don't know, but I could still eat 6 - 8 "recommended servings" (aka a whole bag) of Flipz chocolate covered pretzels of any flavour (highly recommended for that sweet+salty mix too).

If I'm having plain chocolate by itself, I go for milk chocolate (not a choice given by the OP, but I have to be honest... we're talking about chocolate here!) If I'm having some type of candy bar/chocolate-coated something, then dark is my go to. Lastly, as mentioned, white chocolate is a treat but I've literally eaten a 4KG Toblerone (with the help of friends and family... heh, I kept the box since it looks like it should be a movie prop) over Winter Break, and that was only possible due to it being milk chocolate.
