To answer your question:
The main reason is you relying almost exclusively on full CV freebies from Hitsquad for all your GAs in the last 6 months and to a lesser extent on freebies from IG in the past, although those are more tolerated on SG so it's not a huge deal. All of the Hitsquad games got reduced to 0cv, so you didn't gain a huge advantage from them ultimately, but you temporarily gained CV from them.

In general, based on your GA history, I see few if any normal games that you might have bought either individually or in bundles. You've been coasting for years on these generally low quality freebies and it's my choice not to share my games with you. Nothing personal.
