You can set the lvl restriction you want . It is not necessary to put it on 1 or more. There are many bots/scripts and autojoiners, yes, but also many people who is just getting started or is new to the site.
When I got started I was 0, and little by little climbed. Keys are very expensive in some countries and not everybody can spend money on games for giving away .Most of the giveaways I won were (and are) lvl 0, and I'm no bot or script. It's up to you. Hug from Argentina, Francisco [someone who does not copy-paste text (like that person that is not an admin/moderator) and uses no script for autojoin :D)
