You shouldn't do anything like that because it might cause you to get banned as you have an unactivated win. Done many giveaways for this game in past, all key worked, I have a feeling previous winner activated it as the key was watched when he asked for reroll as he has it on account but he not owning any other game from the 2 bundles this game was in it.
