Honestly, I want it for the sake of completing the series... But I'm not sure I'll like it. Lately all games seem surreal to me, including SotTR. In the first game Lara had motivation to do risky moves - she was hunted, she was hurt, she had to survive. At least for the first part of the game. Later on, when she becomes a hunter, not hunted, and starts risking her life jumping over some bottomless abysses just to get that kill, kill that wasn't necessary from the survival point of view, mercilessly puts arrow after arrow through necks of other human beings... Each jump she takes feels like she barely makes it nearly dying, yet, she does that over and over? That's not the Lara I understand. That's not the Lara I like. She's a badass, sure, but wasn't the remake supposed to be more realistic? Oh, well. I'll probably enjoy playing it but can't stop the feeling there's a wasted potential for way more immersion here. Like way way more.
