If the first key you received activated Q.U.B.E. 2, and the second key you received activated Project CARS 3, why don't either of those games show in your Steam library?
As for this giveaway for Project CARS 2, if the giveaway creator cannot provide the key, you can either agree to delete this giveaway, or mark it "Not Received" after 1 week.
shit, this is completely my bad, i didn't notice that i had chosen project cars 2 instead of 3 when i made the giveaway. so i was totally confused by what the issue was
