I can't activate this key, because the product is not available for purchase in my country (Russia) (but it's not like that, the game is available in the steam store). I tried to use a vpn in the web version of the steam key activate page, but I couldn't find a country where i can activate this key.
You can request a new winner, or try to activate the key yourself, if you already own this game. I have a suspicion that the key to another game.
